   First and foremost, get a room in the Tower.  My room was on the 6th floor of the Cherokee and included a room adjacent to the elevator doors.  Avoid ROOM 606 at all costs (or 206, 306, 406, 506, and 706).  The walls are paper-thin and Hard Rock guests pour out of the elevators from 1AM - 4AM as if they own the place. Full of liquor, laughing, screaming, and basically falling towards their rooms - the party started every night at my expense.  To top it all off, one night the hotel put the entertainment (band members) on the 6th Floor.  From 2AM - 4AM that night the band members and their entourage played tag from room to room in the hall ways, shouting, slamming doors, etc... you get the picture.  When I called the front desk to complain they said, and I quote, "You're the 5th or 6th call we've received.  It's just the band.  We've sent some of our staff to the 6th Floor to talk with them."  Yup!  It took 2 hours "to talk with them".  Poor, poor management.  Let's go down to the casino floor, shall we?
